Roadshow : MaiMai everywhere

About Mai Mai Music Arcade Machine

Mai mai is the new rhythm arcade machine from Sega released in 2012, features with a round front facing touch screen around with eight LED lights buttons, and equipped with a camera, which can record the player moves and the screen display at the same time. The main monitor is made in round design, and put a gallery on the upper display where it's easy for everyone to see. The game plays is similar as dancing machine, plays by pressing the eight buttons around the main screen, and scrolling across the middle part of the touch screen and make it possible for player to move their body during game playing.

Is my idea of bring in the Maimai machine for the promoting purpose.I think the ACG lovers are mostly addicted to this arcade machine.One thing for sure is that public will be attract by the machine.Malaysia people love "FREE" stuff,so it will be great if we offer them a chance to play for free with only a LIKE on Facebook page.The roadshow main purpose is to increase the customer database so that it can help us deliver the message effectively.

The challenge of this assignment is the efficiency of the promotional plan we came out.For the design part,most of the part we need to use photoshop.It do helps me to improve some of the skills in using the tools and arrange the microsite layout well.As there is a lots of page I really learn my lesson to edit the name of each of the layer.

Website pages & content:
- intro (sliding door animation)

- home (event statement: what the event is all about, maybe add photo of similar event?, social media links)

- about the band (a showroom for characters & producers with info and pictures, links to the band's social media & website)

- media (news feed, photos, videos)

- contest (app plugin, smartphone/gadget download buttons, instructions)

- tickets (a ticket sale page with: seat options & price, number of tickets selection, total and confirmation link to next page, after confirmation you get customer info form to fill out, and select payment method, maybe add the small visa, mastercard and paypal logos)

The purpose of the event is to promote Japanese culture in Malaysia and also the main organizer is by Culture Japan, a Japanese based company. The other reason is to promote and introduce the hologram system which is a new concert technology.
